Being a foster may be hard to imagine when you think about how it will look in your house, with your family and with your pets. It’s important to remember that the puppies coming into your home are very young, have limited social skills (other than being wiggly and excited) and need to learn the routine and rules of your family to feel safe and comfortable. They will be taking the obedience journey with you and at such a young age, will crave the structure and routine that only you can provide. They are not perfect, but with your help, we know they can, one day, be stellar service dogs because you have helped them become confident, smart and loving.
